From Baskets to Buoys, Wall Sculptures to Lampshades, Del's artistic, practical and functional artworks are on view in the gallery.
Del's artistic journey started in the Bahamas when she saw the opportunity to use discards from our environment to create works of art.
Del's "Artistry in Handmade Paper" is created with seaweed washed on the shore, clippings from the garden hedge, local leaves and flowers mixed with recycled paper…all considered discards of the environment. The process she follows is much the same as the Chinese who invented Hand Papermaking in105AD.
